We have added the option of courier delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands for just £10.95, prices for standard packets and parcels are as shown above.
*Please note: items such as long poles and kites over 120 cms long can only be sent by Standard Parcels (3 - 5 days).
If you require delivery on a specific day we will try our best to arrange this - 48 hour courier delivery ( Monday - Friday only ) is available for only *£8.95 on all orders under £100, this is an option at checkout - please note that time/day definite delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed as the service is in the hands of a third party over which we have no control.
Please note : Orders completed after 10.00 am on a Friday will not be collected by our courier until Monday and delivery should be on Tuesday/Wednesday.
**Please note : If you would like Royal Mail Standard Parcels (3 -5 days) or Special Delivery ( next day guaranteed ) instead of courier delivery, please contact us, as rates vary according to size and weight.
We will endeavour to send items within 24 hours of payment (except sundays and bank holidays).
Before returning an item to us, please contact us for a return authorisation number, please read our terms and conditions.
We will always refund or replace missing, damaged or faulty items.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund, minus return postage costs.
Postage costs have been calculated for the UK, if you require us to post outside of the UK, then please contact us before you commit to buy and we can discuss postage options and costs.
