The Scrub Quasar 2 Mountain Board is an updated version of the original best selling Scrub Quasar mountain board and offers riders affordable high performance.

 

The Scrub Quasar 2 Mountain Board features robust and lightweight new  Scrub Alloy Channel Mountain Board Trucks with 3 variable spring positions. The steering resistance of the board can be significantly increased by moving the spring positions from the inside to the outside holes on the board, allowing the rider to customise the response of the board to suit their style.

New for 2007, the Scrub Alloy Channel Trucks now feature the new Trampa Dampa rubber elastomers located inside the channel truck springs.

The Trampa Dampa elastomers offer much improved spring support over the old style eggshock elastomers used on previous boards and help to give a firm and tight ride whilst reducing the chance of speed wobble. Trampa Dampa's are available in a range of stiffness allowing further customisation of the steering resistance of the board.

At 99cm long, the maple deck is slightly longer to allow the Scrub Quasar 2 Mountain Board to maintain stability at higher speeds.

 

Since the Scrub Quasar 2 Mountain Board is designed for downhill freeride use, 9" tyres have been fitted as standard. These allow better performance and higher speeds to be attained on rough ground.

New and improved Scrub velcro comfort bindings offer a more secure fit for increased comfort and performance.
